At David’s multi-sports club, we aim to focus on the core fundamentals, with the primary goal of making the sessions enjoyable alongside encouraging the children to keep active and on the move. Also taking into account the physical, mental, and social aspects of sport.
Multi Sports:
A variety of sports, such as basketball, football, and skipping, will be provided.
Football: In addition to strategy and teamwork, we will be working on ball control, dribbling, passing, shooting, and tackling.
In basketball, we will be working on shooting, dribbling, passing, defending, and rebounding in addition to teamwork and communication.
Through skipping, we will practice balance, cardiovascular fitness, coordination, and a variety of skipping styles. We will also focus on individual and team skipping.
Children are more than welcome to change sports in between sessions depending on their preference.
Dodgeball:
Just like the film Dodgeball, our aim is to learn the five D’s of dodgeball: dodge, duck, dip, dive and dodge!
Working on our agility, accuracy, blocking, dodging, and power as well as teamwork and strategy.
Dodgeball is high intensity sport & a great way to stay active.
